- To save your path, recognize a returning email login, and follow up during this lean test.
- To review product signals (what people click, save, or ask about) and improve the site.
- To respond to support notes when an operator is available.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process personal data under one or more of these bases:

We keep lean-test records only as long as needed for the purposes above, typically for the duration of the pilot plus a short wind-down period, unless a longer period is required by law or dispute resolution. Support messages and event logs may be deleted or anonymized earlier when no longer needed.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small test site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
U.S. state privacy laws (such as those in California and other states) may provide additional rights regarding access, deletion, and opt-outs of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined.

9. Children

11. Offline support widget
The chat-style widget is an offline message form, not a live agent. Messages are stored so an operator can review them later. Do not submit sensitive information you would not want stored in a lean-test mailbox.
